How do I register or pay for a program?

Registrations are accepted online only. During the registration process you will be asked to enter a valid credit/debit card. Monthly programs will be charged the monthly fee on the same day of the month every month. Session programs are paid all at once upon registration.

How do I cancel or stop a payment?

We can stop or suspend the charge at any time. Please contact us.

Can I register without using the online registration system?

If you are uncomfortable using our online registration system you may call us at 704.277.2327 to register via phone. A valid credit/debit card is still required to process your registration. Please note, Launch Your Kid does not accept checks, cash or money orders for registrations.

When I go online to register it says to contact the school. Why?

Some schools handle payments directly and Launch Your Kid invoices the center. Please contact your center to register.

I got a new credit card, how do I update my card?

If your credit/debit card expires or you get an updated card number, it is your responsibility to log into your account and update the card number. Once logged in, click on “Payment Methods” then “Add New Payment Method”. Be sure to click the box “Use above card for all Future Payments”. You may also contact us to update your card information on file. If your card is not able to be charged, we will no longer be able to take your child to our class.

My child was ill and missed several classes, can I get a refund?

Unfortunately, payment is due regardless of absences. Launch Your Kid is unable to pro-rate or refund for missed classes.

My family is traveling for a month, do I still have to pay for the program?

If your child will be away for an extended amount of time, please contact us in advance and we can pro-rate your tuition.

I already paid for the program, but need to cancel. Can I get a refund?

If you need to cancel your enrollment for one of our sessions, we will give you a prorated refund for the first 30 days. There will be no refunds given after that 30 day window. If the program is month-to-month or a camp, we will need a 30 day notice. There will be no refunds given after the first day of the program.

My child’s dance instructor was sick and didn’t teach, can I get a refund?

Launch Your Kid will make every effort to work with your child’s center to make up a missed class. Sometimes we will add time to the end of two classes to make up for the missed class or add an additional week. If we are unable to make the class up, we will refund you one class or prorate the following month.
